WNS Steam Boiler With High Efficiency

WNS steam boiler is a horizontal three-return oil-fired and gas-fired quick-loading steam boiler with a wet back structure. The first return trip is the corrugated furnace bile, and the second and third return trips are the flue. The boiler is equipped with complete automatic control device and safety protection device to realize full automatic water level.

The fuel of this WNS steam boiler is light oil or natural gas. The fuel is ejected from the burner and ignited by the electronic ignition rod. The fuel is burned in the furnace with micro positive pressure. The high pressure flue gas from the return combustion chamber turns 180° into the threaded flue of the second return journey, and then turns 180° again at the front smoke box into the threaded pipe of the third return journey, and is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the smoke box and chimney.

The boiler body with high efficiency is formed by the wet back structure with the lower furnace tube and the left and right flue tubes arranged symmetrically. The boiler barrel is welded by the simplified and the front and rear tubesheals, the first return journey is the furnace bladder, which is welded by the two sections of corrugated furnace bladder. The corrugated furnace structure not only increases the heat transfer area, increases the rigidity of the furnace, but also satisfies the free expansion of the furnace after being heated. The return combustion chamber is composed of a tube body and an inner front and rear tubesheet. The boiler adopts the wet-back structure, which avoids the direct scouring of high-temperature flue gas to the rear flue gas box and improves the reliability of operation. The second return journey is composed of 141 threaded pipes, which can greatly enhance the heat transfer, thus reducing the area heated by convection, making the boiler structure compact and saving steel. The third return journey consists of 94 threaded pipes.

The front and rear smoke box adopts integral type smoke box, the smoke box has opposite open type door, the structure integrity is good, the appearance is generous, the smoke box door of the front and rear boiler is novel, the opening is light, is convenient for the internal inspection and the cleaning.
