Introduction of WNS Series Three Pass Wet Back Boiler

The WNS series three pass wet back boiler is an efficient and energy-saving oil and gas-fired boiler. This boiler is designed to improve thermal efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and ensure operational safety and environmental protection. The three pass wet back boiler adopts an advanced three pass structure design, where the flue gas passes through the boiler three times, fully utilizing the heat energy and improving thermal efficiency. The advantage of the wet back structure is that the post-combustion chamber behind the furnace is immersed in water, eliminating the trouble of burnout. The wet back combustion chamber being surrounded by water also increases the radiation heating surface area and heat transfer efficiency of the boiler.
