The WNS series three pass fire tube boiler features a classic three-pass design, where hot flue gas circulates through the furnace and smoke tubes three times. This design, combined with an optimized heat transfer surface structure, significantly improves thermal efficiency, achieving up to 98% or higher. The furnace of the WNS series boiler adopts a corrugated design, which not only enhances the structural strength of the boiler but also increases flue gas turbulence, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency.
