Introduction of 3 Ton Steam Boilers
ZOZEN WNS series 3 ton steam boilers are three-pass wetback oil/gas-fired boilers. After the fuel is atomized by the burner, the flame fills the corrugated furnace and transfers heat through the furnace wall—this constitutes the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas is then collected in the reversal chamber and enters the second pass, where it flows through the grooved tube bundle area. After convective heat transfer, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases as it moves to the front smoke box and turns into the third pass, flowing through the smooth tube bundle area before finally entering the chimney via the back smoke box and being exhausted into the atmosphere.
