Introduction of WNS Series 2 Pass Fire Tube Boiler

The WNS Series 2 Pass Fire Tube Boiler is a horizontal internal combustion fully wet back fire gas/oil boiler equipped with advanced burners from both domestic and international sources. The boiler operates automatically, with the fuel atomized by the burner igniting to form a flame that fills the entire corrugated furnace and radiates heat through the furnace wall, constituting the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated during combustion converges in the rear combustion chamber, then turns to enter the second pass, the threaded smoke tube bundle area. After undergoing enhanced convective heat transfer, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases until it reaches the front smoke box, then passes through the economizer and condenser before flowing into the chimney and being discharged into the atmosphere.
