The thermal oil heater, also known as organic heat carrier boiler, is a kind of boiler that uses organic heat carrier as heat medium to realize heat transfer. The liquid phase boiler’s oil outlet temperature can reach 350℃, and the gas phase boiler’s oil gas temperature can reach 450℃.

Disadvantage is that the area is large, the maintenance of the furnace by not easy to exhaust. The advantages of vertical thermal oil heater are vertical layout, small floor space and easy to drain out oil in maintenance. The disadvantage is that the burner is on the top of the furnace, which is inconvenient for operation, fire inspection and maintenance.
