In order to secure the SZS low NOx boiler for sale, ZOZEN boiler successfully became the boiler supplier for the SZS gas fired hot water boiler project, replacing coal-fired boilers with new gas-fired boilers to truly achieve environmentally friendly heating.
With the signing of the cooperation agreement between the two parties, the low-NOx hot water boiler officially entered the manufacturing stage. Efficient and highly automated production lines, sufficient raw material reserves and scientific 6S site management ensured that multiple SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers were delivered in high quality within the agreed time frame.
The SZS low NOx boiler has a D-shaped arrangement and water tube structure. Large volume combustion chamber, good flame fullness and more complete combustion. The combustion chamber adopts narrow pitch membrane wall, good gas tightness, no smoke leakage and high thermal efficiency. The tail of the boiler is equipped with a flue gas condensation recovery device, which effectively controls the exhaust temperature and enables the boiler to reach a thermal efficiency of over 98%.
After joint commissioning by ZOZEN boiler and gas company technicians, the SZS low NOx hot water boiler pilot fire was successfully put into operation, becoming the largest single gas-fired hot water boiler with a heating capacity of 29MW, which can access a heating area of nearly 600,000 square metres to meet the demand for peaking and shifting during the cold season in the area.
