ZOZEN customized a complete set of environment-friendly and energy-saving SZS series gas-fired boiler system for the frozen French fries production lines of SnowValley Food.

The oxygen content decreases with the increasing altitude. Therefore, while designing the SZS gas boiler system, ZOZEN technicians made reasonable adjustments to the furnace space and air blowers to ensure the thermal efficiency and output of the gas-fired boiler.
At the same time, to help SnowValley Food achieve the goal of energy-saving and consumption reduction, ZOZEN also designed a complete set of energy-saving system for SnowValley Food including economizers, air preheaters, condensers and the waste heat recovery system. The energy-saving system ensured that the thermal efficiency of the SZS series gas-fired boiler reached more than 98%.
ZOZEN completed the design and approval of the boiler room drawings on June 5 and completed the manufacturing of SZS series gas-fired boilers over the next 40 days. The SZS series boilers successfully passed many inspections for the first time, such as the 100% radiographic flaw detection, heat treatment test, hydraulic pressure test and airtightness test.
ZOZEN successfully completed the gas-fired boiler project before the potato harvest season. On the screens of the control system, the furnace temperature, pressure, steam flow rate, outlet and return water temperature were displayed in real-time. Various operating data was clear at a glance. SnowValley Food was very satisfied with the high product quality and high efficiency of ZOZEN when seeing the normal operation of the boilers on the boiler monitor.
