ZOZEN General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping and Mr. Shir Baz Kaminzada, CEO of Afghanistan Baheer Group reached friendly cooperation on the SZL series coal fired steam boiler project for the paper industry. This cooperation promoted the realization of ZOZEN’s internationalization goal.As a giant in Afghanistan’s printing and packaging industry, Baheer Printing & Packaging Co. Ltd. (BGC) aims to provide users with solutions that can meet final packaging and printing services and has cooperated with many well-known bands such as Swarovski, Coca Cola, Omega, Fanta, etc.
As an important heat source of production lines, the steam boiler plays an important role for the expansion of Baheer. Afghanistan has the Belt and Road strategic partnership with china. Mr. Shir Baz Kaminzada, the CEO of Baheer Group as well as the the Economic Adviser of the Afghanistan President, planned to purchase one set of high-quality steam boiler that is “made in china”.He conducted field inspections on a number of industrial boiler manufacturers, among which ZOZEN stood out with rich project experience. Shir Baz Kaminzada had a better understanding of the strong comprehensive strength of ZOZEN after the inspection.
After Mr. Shir Baz Kaminzada returned to Afghanistan, several boiler system solutions were discussed within the group. In the end, ZOZEN SZL series steam boiler system solution won high votes with better performance in terms of production capacity, comprehensive strength, boiler equipment quality and project experience.
Especially in terms of product quality and performance, ZOZEN designed the SZL series double-drum coal fired steam boiler in combination with advanced technology and experience. The grate is equipped with multiple independent wind chambers from front to back according to the different tonnage of the boiler. Depending on the different combustion conditions, air can be reasonably distributed to ensure sufficient fuel combustion by adjusting the opening angle of the air distribution doors. At the same time, the oxygen added by the secondary air can ensure the complete combustion, improving the combustion efficiency and reducing the coal consumption.
In terms of environmental protection, through the design of graded air supply and special furnace arch structure, ZOZEN ensures that the NOx emission of the coal fired steam boiler is as low as 100mg/Nm3 and the environmental protection index reaches the international advanced level.Mr. Shir Baz Kaminzada came to ZOZEN again to confirm the cooperation details. After two days of in-depth communication, he signed an agreement with ZOZEN and expressed that he would carry out more cooperation with ZOZEN in the future.
Afghanistan and China are contiguous and they have a long history of trade. Afghanistan is also one of the first countries that responded to the Belt and Road Initiative. Benefiting from the Belt and Road Initiative, ZOZEN cooperated with Baheer Group. In the future, ZOZEN will be more firm and stable to implement the Go globally strategy.
