10 ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Introduction
The customer company is a professional paper industry. The production process of the test liner requires a large amount of steam, and previously the customer used a set of biomass boiler to provide heat for the production line. In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection, the customer transformed the biomass boiler technology into two 10 ton gas-fired steam boiler.
ZOZEN Boiler understands that the customer’s technical transformation project belongs to the construction project of producing recycled paper from waste paper. In addition, in recent years, the paper industry is facing a series of problems such as resource constraints and environmental pressure in the process of development. Therefore, the choice of energy-saving and environmentally friendly green production equipment is of particular concern to paper manufacturers. ZOZEN Boiler provided 2 sets of SZS series gas steam boilers for the customer.
ZOZEN SZS 10 ton gas-fired steam boiler adopts double-drum D-type structure, and the combustion chamber adopts narrow-pitch tubular membrane water-cooled wall, which is gas-tight, reduces heat loss and improves boiler thermal efficiency. Meanwhile, the SZS gas fired boilers can be equipped with advanced low-NOx burners to ensure full combustion of fuel, inhibit the production of polluting emissions and reduce NOx to below 30mg/Nm3.
