After communication and negotiation, the ZOZEN boiler sales manager recommended the DZL series coal-fired steam boiler, which is a single pot longitudinal arrangement with a compact structure and is shipped in the form of a whole quick assembly, making it easy to install and saving a lot of infrastructure investment for New Hope.
In order to complete the delivery on time, all departments of the steam boiler supplier worked together to ensure the manufacturing schedule of the DZL series steam boilers. It is worth mentioning that ZOZEN boilers are the first in China to adopt the arch-shaped tube plate and threaded flue tube structure. The threaded flue tube is a highly efficient heat transfer element researched by ZOZEN boilers for many years and has been continuously optimised to have a heat transfer coefficient 1.8 times higher than that of ordinary flue tubes, increasing heat transfer.
In terms of the welding process, the longitudinal and annular seam welding of the DZL coal-fired steam boiler is carried out using an advanced submerged arc automatic welding process and the seams are 100% ray-probed to ensure the quality of the welds. The welding of the flue tube and tube plate, on the other hand, adopts a pre-expansion to eliminate the gap between the tube and tube plate, followed by an automatic argon arc welding process, which can effectively eliminate stress and extend the service life of the boiler.
At the same time, ZOZEN boilers have achieved high efficiency and low emission of DZL series steam boilers through the application of a number of patented technologies in the area of chain furnaces. Its thermal efficiency can reach 82% and NOx emission can be lower than 100mg/Nm3, which not only improves the combustion efficiency, but also reduces the operation cost and pollution emission of the Group.
