1. General requirements
1.1 a newly installed or transferred gas-fired boiler shall be registered with the local special equipment safety supervision and administration department and shall obtain the registration mark. The boiler shall not be put into use until its fire control and gas-fired facilities pass the acceptance inspection. The reactivated boiler must pass regular inspection and be in good condition with fire protection and gas facilities in boiler room before it can be put into use.
1.2 boiler operation shall be regulated in strict accordance with the operation rules.
1.3 boiler operators, water quality treatment personnel and electricians must work with valid certificates, and the types of operation certificates must be consistent with the operating equipment.
1.4 boiler safety technical files and operation records are complete.
1.5 the completion rate of boiler and auxiliary equipment is 100%.

2.1 check whether various instruments and meters are normal.
2.2 check whether the set values of various pressure controllers on the water vapor pipeline, fuel pressure controllers and fuel temperature controllers on the heavy fuel oil pipeline are normal.
2.3 the circulating water pump, make-up water pump and oil pump must be deflated before the first use to avoid burning the pump due to idling.
2.4 check whether the gas pressure meets the requirements, check the whole gas supply line, and confirm no leakage before starting the boiler.
2.5 check the oil tank, make sure there is oil, then open the oil valve, and make sure the oil road is clear.
2.6 confirm that there is sufficient fuel for co-heavy ignition.
2.7 before starting the heavy oil system, the heavy oil must be heated.
2.8 reset the program controller of the burner before operation.
2.9 check the soft water tank and open the water valve after confirming the water.
2.10 check whether the boiler supply water is qualified.
2.11 check whether the soft water device can work normally.
2.12 check whether the dosing device can work normally.
2.13 check whether there is enough liquid in the dosing bucket.
2.14 check whether there are other abnormal conditions in the boiler room.
