At the same time, in order to reduce exhaust losses and make full use of the latent heat of vaporisation of water vapour in the flue gas waste heat, ZOZEN boilers are also equipped with energy saving equipment such as condensers at the end of the flue, which reduces the exhaust temperature to 60°C and increases the thermal efficiency of the boiler to over 98%.
In order to make the manufacturing of contact lens production line more intelligent and efficient, ZOZEN boilers are equipped with PLC intelligent controller to ensure safer and more stable operation of high efficiency WNS steam boiler through various protection functions such as over temperature, over pressure, water shortage, leak detection and flame out.
