According to the characteristics of fuel, the technicians of ZOZEN design and optimize the hopper, grate width and length. The wide chamber volume reduces the heat load and reduces the coking in the furnace. At the same time, the boiler grate adopts light chain belt grate, and the lower part of the grate is arranged with sectional air bin and air regulating device, so as to meet the air volume needed by the fuel in different combustion stages, realize accurate air distribution, ensure the fuel is fully burned.
