ZOZEN Boiler recently successfully exported a 25-ton biomass steam boiler to Lucky Textile Mills Limited in Pakistan. Since 1983, the company has been a leading player in the textile manufacturing industry, specializing in home textiles, apparel, and roll or piece fabric production. They have an urgent need for efficient and environmentally friendly steam boilers.
As an important player in Pakistan’s textile industry, Lucky Textile Mills Limited is committed to improving production efficiency and product quality. The textile industry in Pakistan accounts for 8.5% of the country’s GDP and 46% of the total manufacturing industry. Therefore, enhancing the performance of production equipment is crucial for the company. The 25-ton biomass steam boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler uses hydraulic reciprocating grate technology, combined with a site-specific custom design, ensuring that the client’s specific requirements are met and optimizing the layout of the boiler room.
ZOZEN Boiler’s design philosophy focuses on complete combustion of fuel and high thermal efficiency. The reciprocating grate and independent air chamber design ensure full combustion, while the densely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure inside the furnace, along with the customized boiler system, increases the radiation area, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 88%. Additionally, the boiler is equipped with an advanced automation control system, automating fuel supply, ash removal, and slag discharge operations, significantly improving operational efficiency.
