Since its establishment in 2017, Hua Su Plastic Industry Sdn. Bhd. has been dedicated to the processing and manufacturing of plastics and related materials. To maintain high product quality, Hua Su’s production line demands a continuous and stable supply of high-temperature steam. However, Malaysia’s year-round hot and humid climate poses significant challenges to equipment durability. To overcome these challenges, Hua Su selected ZOZEN Boiler as its steam system provider.
To meet Hua Su’s specific requirements, ZOZEN Boiler customized a 3-ton WNS series three-pass oil steam boiler. This boiler incorporates a threaded smoke tube and a wet-back sealed structure, significantly enhancing thermal efficiency to achieve 100% thermal performance. Additionally, the boiler’s key components have obtained Malaysia’s DOSH certification, ensuring safety and reliability in the local environment.
To further enhance operational efficiency and convenience, ZOZEN Boiler equipped Hua Su with an IoT remote monitoring module. This module enables Hua Su’s management team to monitor the boiler’s operating status in real time, while ZOZEN’s technical team provides online diagnostics and remote support. Since its installation, the boiler has operated flawlessly without any failures, showcasing ZOZEN Boiler’s exceptional efficiency and stability.
