Hubei Zhuogao New Material Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in producing prefabricated residential ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) panel walls. The project is planned to be built in two phases, ultimately achieving an annual production capacity of 500,000 cubic meters of ALC panel walls. Hubei Zhuogao required an efficient and eco-friendly steam boiler for its ALC panel production line. Since the production process demands large amounts of steam, the boiler needed to have high capacity, superior thermal efficiency, and stable operational performance to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the production line.
To meet Hubei Zhuogao’s requirements, ZOZEN Boiler provided a DZL series 25-ton biomass-fired steam boiler. This boiler is specifically designed for the efficient utilization of biomass fuels and offers several outstanding features:
High Furnace Design: The furnace is raised by 1-3 meters to optimize the combustion process of biomass fuels, improving combustion efficiency and accommodating various non-shaped biomass fuels.
Customized Grate: Tailored grate designs are provided for different types of biomass fuels, ensuring optimal combustion performance for each type.
High Thermal Efficiency: The boiler achieves a thermal efficiency of over 87.5%, significantly reducing energy consumption and helping the company lower operational costs.
Flexible Soot Blowing System: The soot blowing system can be adjusted based on different fuel types and allows cleaning without shutting down the boiler, ensuring long-term stable operation.
The 25-ton DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler significantly improved the steam supply efficiency and reliability of Hubei Zhuogao’s ALC panel production line.
