Introduction of WNS Series 2 Pass Boiler

The WNS series 2 pass boiler is a horizontal, fully wet-back gas/oil boiler equipped with advanced burners from both domestic and international sources. The WNS series 2 pass boiler features automation in its operation; fuel is atomized by the burner and ignited to create a flame that fills the entire corrugated furnace. This flame transfers radiant heat through the walls of the corrugated furnace, representing the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas produced during combustion collects in the combustion chamber and then flows into the second pass, which consists of the threaded smoke tube bundle area. Here, enhanced convective heat exchange occurs, gradually reducing the flue gas temperature before it reaches the front smoke box. The gas then passes through the economizer and condenser, ultimately being discharged into the atmosphere.
