Introduction of SZS Series Dual Fuel Boilers
The SZS series dual fuel boilers adopt a double-drum, horizontal, chamber combustion D-type layout structure, equipped with advanced burners from domestic and foreign sources. The boiler operates automatically, with fuel entering the burner through the gas pipeline for ignition and combustion, forming flames inside the fully membrane water-cooled furnace chamber. The radiant heat is transferred through the water-cooled wall, and the high-temperature flue gas, after heat exchange in the furnace, turns towards the convective tube bundle area between the upper and lower drums. It then goes through convective heat exchange, enters the economizer and condenser, lowers the flue gas temperature to the economical exhaust temperature, and finally is discharged into the atmosphere.
