Introduction of SZL Series 6 Ton Steam Boiler

The SZL series 6 ton steam boiler adopts a dual-cylinder, water-tube structure, with good combustion efficiency and stable operational performance. Comprising two major components, the upper part serves as the heating surface while the lower part houses the combustion equipment. Surrounding the front section of the boiler body are water-cooled walls, connected to the upper part with the drum and to the lower part with the header, forming the combustion chamber to absorb radiant heat from the furnace. The SZL series 6 ton steam boiler is vertically arranged with dual drums that enhances combustion and heat exchange efficiency. The heating surface of the boiler consists of the furnace water-cooled walls, combustion chamber, convection tube bundle, and economizer, designed to optimize heat absorption and utilization, reducing energy wastage.
