Introduction of SZS Series Double Drum Type Boiler
The SZS series double drum type boiler adopts a horizontal, D-type layout with the furnace on the right side and the convection tube bundle on the left side. It is fixed to the base chassis through movable supports in the middle and at both ends of the lower drum, ensuring the overall expansion of the boiler towards both ends. The combustion chamber features a fully membrane water-cooled wall structure, which provides excellent gas tightness, reduces heat loss, increases the heating surface of the boiler, and improves thermal efficiency. The boiler utilizes high-quality alumina-silicate fiber for insulation and is further insulated with refractory mud, ensuring excellent insulation performance. The furnace temperature is controlled below 45℃, effectively controlling heat loss.
Features of SZS Series Double Drum Type Boiler
High Thermal Efficiency: The SZS series boiler achieves a high thermal efficiency of up to 98%. The combination of membrane water-cooled walls and a large furnace design improves heat transfer efficiency, while the economizer reduces exhaust gas temperature, resulting in energy savings.
Safety: The boiler adopts a comb-shaped fully-sealed welded structure, eliminating issues related to the leakage of condensate water and gas caused by refractory concrete sealing.
Environmental Performance: It utilizes ultra-low nitrogen burners and advanced low-nitrogen combustion technology, minimizing harmful pollutants in the flue gas and meeting modern environmental requirements.
Convenient Operation and Maintenance: The boiler is equipped with an advanced control system, ensuring safe and stable operation and enabling unmanned operation.
