Introduction of SZL series coal-fired steam boiler
The SZL series coal-fired boiler is a chain grate water tube boiler designed by ZOZEN Boiler based on advanced international technology and experience. It features a horizontal double-drum and vertical layout structure. The boiler consists of two major parts: the upper part is the heating surface and the lower part is the combustion equipment. The front of the boiler body is surrounded by water-cooled walls. The upper part is connected with drum and the lower part is connected with the header to form the combustion chamber, absorbing the radiation heat of the furnace. At the rear end, a convection tube bundle is arranged between the upper and lower drums. After the fuel is burned in the furnace, the high-temperature flue gas is swept across the convection tube bundle for the secondary return, then guided to a separately arranged economizer and finally enters the dust collector before being discharged through the chimney.
Features of SZL series coal-fired steam boiler
1. Tubes and flanges are welded together by robot.
2. Chain grates are all made by ZOZEN and before delivery the chain grates must be tested in cold state for 48 hours.
3. Chain grate combustion furnace with reasonable arch structure and air distribution can fit different fuel.
4. Secondary air is input to disturb fuel gas in the furnace, to ensure the fuel is burnt totally. The independent secondary fan makes it easy to control and adjust the air volume and air pressure.
Control and Safety System
1.The control and safety systems are interlocked in an electric control cabinet.
2. Alarm system
Sound-light alarm of high and super-high steam pressure;
Sound-light alarm of high and lowe water limit level;
Sound-light alarm of pressure loss in the water pumps;
More safety devices are designed and connected with the electric control cabinet (ECC).
