29MW Condensing Gas-fired Hot Water Boiler Introduction
In recent years, the government has increased its efforts to control the air environment. As a leading enterprise in the industrial boiler industry, ZOZEN Boiler stood out in the fierce bidding for the centralized heating industry and successfully won the 29MW gas-fired hot water boiler project of the heating company, replacing the coal-fired boiler with a new condensing gas-fired hot water boiler to truly achieve environmentally friendly heating.
The ZOZEN SZS series condensing gas-fired hot water boilers procured by this public tender are outstanding in terms of environmental friendliness and thermal efficiency of the equipment. The series boiler adopts D-type arrangement and water pipe structure, with good flame filling in the large volume combustion chamber to ensure fuller combustion, and with advanced low-NOx combustion technology, low NOx emission of ≤30mg/Nm3 can be achieved; the combustion chamber also adopts narrow pitch full film water-cooled wall, with good gas tightness, no smoke leakage and high thermal efficiency. At the same time, the flue gas condensation recovery device arranged at the end of the boiler can effectively control the exhaust temperature, making the boiler thermal efficiency up to 98% or more. In addition, the quick installation feature of SZS series gas boilers significantly reduces the cost required for infrastructure investment, saving a lot of manpower and material resources for HIT.
Customer feedback
We are very grateful to ZOZEN Boiler for providing our company with a highly efficient and environmentally friendly 29MW condensing gas-fired hot water boiler, which has helped us achieve our desired goal of clean heating. After joint commissioning by ZOZEN Boiler technicians and the gas company, the condensing gas boiler has taken the lead in firing and putting into operation, becoming the largest single gas-fired hot water boiler in Harbin at present, which can take over a heating area of nearly 600,000 square meters, meeting the need for heat load peaking during the high cold period in the area.
