This project will not only effectively reduce environmental pollution problems through the use of relevant environmental protection technologies, but will also significantly increase oilfield production and reduce oil recovery costs, which is of great significance to the long-term production of oilfields. The construction and operating principle of organic heat carrier boilers cause their tail exhaust temperature to be around 300°C, producing a huge waste of heat energy. The organic heat carrier boiler developed by Zhongzheng Boiler is equipped with a variety of waste heat recovery devices to reduce heat loss through the recycling of high temperature flue gas waste heat, increasing the overall thermal efficiency of the organic heat carrier boiler to over 95%, which is better than the overall level of the industry.
What’s more, the first batch of YQW series thermal oil boiler for sale and WNS series gas-fired steam boilers have been shipped and have entered the equipment installation stage. After the boilers are delivered to the site, they can be put into operation after being connected to gas and electricity, reducing a large amount of infrastructure costs for the project. The rest of the YQW gas thermal boilers will also be delivered in four batches after the manufacturing is completed, realising a win-win cooperation between the two sides.
