This series of DZL industrial coal boiler is mainly composed of coal powder preparation system, burner, heating surface, air preheater and other major parts. The heating surface is divided into evaporating heating surface and superheating heating surface. Modern large and medium-sized boilers consist of a water-cooled wall, which (i.e., the heating surface) absorbs radiant heat from the water-cooled wall inside the furnace to evaporate water into saturated steam. In order to increase the radiation heating surface without increasing the volume of the furnace chamber, large boilers can be used double exposure water-cooled wall. The heating surface can be divided into the upper part of the furnace chamber screen superheater heating surface and convection superheater heating surface arranged in the convection flue. The former absorbs radiation heat from the furnace; the latter absorbs convection heat.
Coal-fired boiler maintenance can be divided into dry maintenance and wet maintenance, dry maintenance is to drain the water in the furnace, lime or silica gel into the pot desiccant, and then sealed, but the more troublesome is to regularly open to see if the lime is dry, silica gel no color change. The test method is relatively simple, just measure the PH value of the furnace water. And the cost of wet maintenance may be lower than the cost of dry maintenance.
