15 Ton Biomass-fired Boiler Introduction
Turkey Hendese Group was established in Ankara, Turkey in 2018. Hendese ordered a set of 15 ton biomass-fired boiler from ZOZEN Boiler for the local biomass boiler power project. As a local professional mechanical general contracting engineering company in Turkey, Hendese’s business covers consulting services, steel structure manufacturing, contracting services, renewable energy systems, hydraulic mechanical systems, etc.
ZOZEN Boiler supplied the new type DZL series tri-drum biomass boiler for HENDESE Group.
This series of 15 ton biomass-fired boiler adopts combined structure, divided into upper and lower parts, which is a water tube boiler composed of three drums. The boiler capacity covers 6-35t/h and the working pressure is 1-2.5MPa. As a third-generation biomass boiler, it is designed to further solve the ash accumulation problem in the convention area of the second generation of ZOZEN biomass-fired boilers with double drums. The flue gas enters the collector area from the furnace outlet, and the dust in the flue gas falls directly into the ash hopper at the bottom of the collector area.
At the same time, according to the different characteristics of biomass fuel, the boiler can be equipped with different grates to ensure the full combustion of biomass fuel. It also extends the service life of the grate to meet the strict requirements of biomass power generation system for boiler efficiency and stability.
