In the processing of soybean protein, sterilization, concentration, flash evaporation and dehydration processes require the superheated steam with higher temperature and quality, so as to ensure the high nutritional value of Yuwang brand soybean protein isolate. This time, ZOZEN designed a set of high-efficiency and eco-friendly SZS series biogas-fired superheated steam boiler system for Yuwang Eco. The boiler is fueled by the renewable energy biogas which is a by-product of Yuwang Eco, which can save a lot of fuel costs. In structure, ZOZEN SZS series superheated steam boiler body adopts the D-type layout and membrane wall structure, which can greatly increase the radiant heating surface and fully ensure the boiler tightness to improve the boiler thermal efficiency to over 98%. In addition, the boiler is also equipped with the reasonably-sized steam drum and steam and water separator, which can effectively reduce the water entrained in the steam to improve the steam quality and provide a solid guarantee for the quality of soybean protein products of Yuwang Eco.
