8 tph 20 tph Natural Gas Steam Boilers Introduction

The distributed energy system project built by the customer’s company provides electricity and heat to neighboring companies through a gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration unit. Before the project was implemented, the surrounding enterprises mainly built their own small boilers for decentralized heating and did not realize centralized heat supply. Therefore, this project proposes to purchase multiple natural gas steam boilers to meet the centralized heating needs of the surrounding enterprises.

As a distributed energy system project, the customer has put forward higher environmental standards and technical requirements for gas steam boilers to realize turbine power generation and provide power for enterprises. ZOZEN Boiler has customized the technical solution for this project, including three SZS series gas-superheated steam boilers and one WNS series gas-superheated steam boiler, of which two medium temperature and medium pressure SZS series gas-superheated steam boilers are used to cooperate with the steam turbine to generate electricity.

The overall energy-saving effect of ZOZEN natural gas steam boilers is remarkable, with a thermal efficiency of over 98%. The large volume design of the furnace chamber ensures adequate combustion, and the steam temperature can be raised to 270°C through the superheater to meet the requirements of power generation and heat supply. Meanwhile, in order to meet local environmental protection standards, ZOZEN gas boiler adopts advanced low-NOx combustion technology and imported burners, which can control NOx emission within 30mg/Nm3 and achieve ultra-low nitrogen emission standards.

WNS series boilers adopt pot shell type full wet back type flue tube structure. Fire tube boilers are widely used because of their compact structure and small footprint. This structure adopts three-return process, and the fuel is atomized by the burner and mixed with air. It is fully burned in the corrugated furnace gallbladder, transferred from the back flue chamber to the first return flue pipe, transferred from the front flue box to the second return flue pipe, and finally enters the back flue box and discharges from the chimney. The large size of the furnace liner adopted by our company provides the conditions for the full combustion of the fuel.
