7MW SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler produced by ZOZEN is widely applied in the heating industry and have garnered praise from customers both domestically and internationally. Energo Service Montage LLC, a Mongolian company dedicated to energy service management, has selected ZOZEN as their partner to meet the heating requirements of a local project. They have installed a customized system consisting of ZOZEN’s 7MW SHX series coal-fired circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler.
This collaboration is based on ZOZEN’s profound understanding of Energo Service Montage LLC’s project requirements and their accurate grasp of industry best practices. ZOZEN’s engineering team has closely collaborated with Energo Service Montage LLC’s professional team to ensure that ZOZEN’s boilers fully comply with their specific requirements and technical specifications. Considering the abundant coal resources in Mongolia, the design of the SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler enables them to accommodate various fuels, including coal, gangue, biomass, waste, and sludge. The unique design and optimized heat exchange system of this series circulating fluidized bed boiler ensure efficient heat conversion, maximizing energy utilization efficiency. The SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler operates at low temperatures, resulting in significantly lower emissions of nitrogen oxides compared to pulverized coal boilers, measuring below 100mg/Nm³. Additionally, these boilers facilitate direct desulfurization during the combustion process, achieving high desulfurization efficiency.
