Case Introduction
Zhejiang Hengxi Energy Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the production and supply of electricity and heat. The company has implemented a centralized heating and comprehensive energy network project in Taizhou City. The total investment for this project is approximately 166.82 million RMB (equivalent to around 23 million USD), covering an area of 11,503 square meters. In compliance with local regulations, Hengxi Energy needed to replace the existing decentralized heating boilers and adopt a centralized energy substitution solution. To meet their specific requirements, ZOZEN equipped them with several SZS series gas fired steam boilers, with a total capacity of 200 tons of steam.
The SZS series gas-fired steam boilers feature membrane water-cooled walls and a large furnace design to improve heat transfer efficiency. They are equipped with economizers to reduce exhaust gas temperature, achieving a thermal efficiency of ≥98%. These boilers are expected to provide a steam heating capacity of 403,300 tons annually, with a natural gas consumption of 37.3294 million cubic meters per year. The boilers utilize low-nitrogen burners and advanced low-nitrogen combustion technology, with NOx emissions ≤30mg/Nm³. After installation, the project will effectively save energy and reduce coal consumption by 45,882.09 tons of standard coal per year.
