The boiler is fueled by oat shells, chosen for their renewability and low pollution characteristics, aligning with Europe’s promotion of renewable energy policies.
Technical features: The boiler is designed for high thermal efficiency and emissions that meet European environmental standards, ensuring a clean and efficient production process.
Additionally, a 1.5-ton diesel steam boiler is provided as a backup to ensure production is unaffected during main boiler maintenance or malfunctions.

Lock Feeder: A customized lock feeder ensures uniform feeding, effectively preventing hopper backfires, and ensuring the stable operation of the boiler.
Fans and Pumps: These auxiliary devices work in conjunction with the main boiler, enhancing the overall system’s operational efficiency and reliability.
Speed Reducer and Variable Frequency Technology: By employing speed reducers and variable frequency technology, the boiler can adjust its operational state according to actual needs, achieving energy savings.
