35 tph SZL Coal Steam Boiler Introduction
The customer company has built an automated production line for potato starch protein extraction. Therefore, the customer decided to purchase a set of environmentally friendly and energy-saving SZL coal steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler for the production line. The line solves the problem of wastewater pollution by deep processing the production wastewater to extract protein. During the separation process, a large amount of steam is needed to support the process steps such as de-juicing, dewatering and drying.

ZOZEN SZL series chain grate steam boiler consists of 2 main components. The upper assembly is the body heating parts, and the lower assembly is the combustion equipment. According to different capacities, different numbers of independent air bins are set before and after the grate. Users can reasonably allocate air according to different combustion conditions to ensure full combustion of fuel. At the same time, the graded air supply and special furnace arch structure reduce NOx emission to 100mg/m³, helping enterprises to meet the strict environmental protection standards.
The SZL coal steam boiler is a horizontal, double-barrel, vertical, chain grate, water tube, hot water boiler. Boiler output is high, high thermal efficiency, divided into pot and grate.
