3 TPH Gas Fired Boiler Introduction
The chemical plant customer needs to buy a gas steam boiler for the production of polyimide fiber, a high-performance fiber with excellent UV resistance, flame retardant, corrosion resistance, etc., which is widely used in paper making, filtration, textile and garment fields. As we all know, in the chemical industry the requirements for environmental protection are very high, so the customer needs a highly efficient and environmentally friendly steam boiler.
After fully understanding the actual needs of the project, ZOZEN designers customized a WNS series 3000kg gas steam boiler for the customer. This boiler is designed with a fully corrugated furnace liner, which increases the radiant heating surface and effectively improves the heat transfer effect. A condenser and energy saver are added at the end of the flue, using the waste heat from the excluded flue gas to raise the boiler inlet temperature and lower the exhaust temperature, increasing the thermal efficiency of the boiler to over 98% and effectively saving the boiler operating cost.
At the same time, this series of gas-fired boiler can be applied to a variety of fuels such as natural gas, coke oven gas and biogas, which meets the requirement of customers to use natural gas as fuel; the boilers are equipped with advanced low-NOx burners, which effectively suppress the generation of NOx and realize the emission requirement of low-NOx environmental protection.
