3.6 Million Kcal YQW Gas-fired Thermal Oil Boiler Introduction
ZOZEN Boiler has always been actively practicing the “One Belt, One Road” initiative of the country. This time, Qingdao United Zhenye Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. and Kazakhstan started in-depth cooperation in environmental protection technology in the oilfield, and ZOZEN Boiler provided stable and efficient heat source support for the project. At present, the first batch of YQW series thermal oil boiler and WNS series gas-fired steam boilers have been shipped to Kazakhstan, marking that ZOZEN Boiler has once again gained the affirmation of customers in Kazakhstan.
This “One Belt, One Road” project aims to reduce environmental pollution and oil production costs through the use of relevant environmental technologies, which is of great significance to the long-term production of oil fields. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, a stable and efficient boiler system is essential. As a leader in the manufacture of industrial boilers in China, ZOZEN Boiler is impeccable in its production process, with a downstream CNC rate of over 80%. In particular, the steel tubes for the YQW series thermal oil boiler are undercut by CNC 3D laser cutting, with machining accuracy controlled to within 1mm. After pre-welding treatment, the steel pipe butt welding adopts automatic argon arc welding process and real-time X-ray imaging of the weld seam to eliminate unqualified welds from entering the next production process. The automated CNC coiled tube production line ensures that the round coiled tubes are produced in one pass without shaping, extending the service life of the YQW thermal oil boiler. ZOZEN boiler not only has advanced manufacturing processes, but have also developed a variety of waste heat recovery devices to reduce heat loss through the use of high temperature flue gas, increasing the overall thermal efficiency of the thermal oil boiler to over 95%.

At present, the first batch of ZOZEN YQW thermal oil boiler and WNS gas-fired steam boilers have entered the equipment installation stage. After the boilers are delivered to the site, they can be put into operation after being connected to gas and electricity, saving us a lot of infrastructure investment. The rest of the multiple gas boilers will be divided into four batches and delivered one after another.
