ZOZEN Boiler successfully established cooperation on 25tph SZS gas steam boiler project with AOAO “NAVOIYAZOT”, a large chemical company in Uzbekistan.
Since the signing of the project contract, three SZS series gas steam boilers were delivered in batch within the agreed time through ZOZEN’s large-scale, specialized and automated manufacturing process and various quality inspection procedures. Meanwhile, ZOZEN’s professional technicians arrived at the project site at the first time to provide technical guidance for boiler installation.
ZOZEN 25tph SZS series packaged gas boiler was successfully delivered to Navoi, an industrial city in central Uzbekistan. After the gas fired steam boiler arrived at the site, it only needed to install pipes and other auxiliary equipment for trial operation, which greatly reduced the boiler installation cost.
The other two 90tph SZS series boilers put high demands on the site assembly level of the construction team. According to the content of the cooperation agreement between the two sides, ZOZEN sent experienced technicians to assist the local construction team to make adequate technical and material preparations, provide reasonable construction measures and plans according to the difficulties and key points in the construction drawings, and execute on-site tests of welding technology for the local construction team, etc.
SZS series water tube boilers are used in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, tobacco, brewing, papermaking, steel, coking, electric power, colleges, hotels, public facilities and other industries and civil heating. Efficient water tube boiler is suitable for natural gas, city gas, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel oil, heavy oil and other fuels. The whole boiler adopts double cylinder longitudinal “D” type layout structure, the boiler is fully assembled, the layout is compact and reasonable, covers an area of small, the user site construction amount is small, can be completed in a short time installation.
At present, the assembly of the two SZS gas steam boiler bodies has been basically completed and will soon enter the furnace wall construction stage. The whole SZS gas steam boiler system is expected to be put into operation at the end of the year as scheduled.
