ZOZEN Boiler has initiated a collaboration with Lucky Textile Mills Limited in Pakistan. Lucky Textile Mills is a company specializing in home textiles, clothing, and fabric production, in urgent need of efficient and environmentally friendly steam boilers to enhance production efficiency and product quality. 
In response to Lucky Textile Mills’ requirements, ZOZEN Boiler provided a 25-ton biomass steam boiler, utilizing hydraulic reciprocating grate technology, and designed the boiler room according to the on-site conditions, offering customized services.
ZOZEN Boiler’s design philosophy focuses on thorough fuel combustion and high thermal efficiency. The design of the chain grate and independent air compartment ensures complete combustion. The densely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure in the furnace, combined with the customized boiler system, increases the radiation area, achieving a thermal efficiency exceeding 87.5%.
