15tph DZL biomass-fired boiler are widely used in the textile industry. This time, according to the actual heat demands of Danmao Textile, ZOZEN customized a set of DZL series tri-drum biomass-fired steam boiler. This series of boiler is a kind of water tube boiler with three drums. It has two water drums on both sides of the boiler. The flue gas enters the convention area from furnace outlet, and the dust in the flue gas directly falls into the ash hopper at the bottom of convention area. Through the rotary dust discharge valve and tube, the accumulated ash is discharged onto the grate to realize the real-time dust removal, which solves the ash accumulation problem in the convention area of biomass-fired boiler from the perspective of structure. What’s more, the boiler is equipped with the flue gas denitrification system with ammonia-gas spraying device to control the NOx emission concentration under 200mg/m3, so the boiler has a good environmental protection performance. At present, this set of DZL series tri-drum biomass-fired boiler produced by ZOZEN Boiler has been successfully put into use. Its efficient and stable performance has won the high recognition of Danmao Textile.
