In this context, ZOZEN Boiler provided a 15-ton/hour DZL series third-generation biomass steam boiler tailored to the customer’s needs. This boiler is specifically designed to handle a variety of biomass fuels. The series uses innovative technology and flexible design, allowing the configuration of either a chain grate or reciprocating grate system according to the customer’s specific requirements. This ensures that the boiler can efficiently burn various types of biomass fuels. Whether it is wood chips, straw, rice husks, or other biomass materials, the efficient combustion process fully converts them into energy, maximizing the boiler’s applicability and flexibility.
Additionally, to further enhance the boiler’s reliability and durability, ZOZEN Boiler specifically chose high-temperature resistant grate bars. This high-performance material significantly improves the grate’s resistance to high temperatures and wear, ensuring stable long-term operation of the boiler under heavy loads, while reducing maintenance frequency and operating costs. This solution not only guarantees the company’s production efficiency but also greatly reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs.
