In the energy-intensive paper manufacturing sector, steam plays a vital role across pulping, drying, and forming processes. Setting an ambitious goal of building a “Green Factory” for its Liaoning base, Vinda required a boiler system that combined outstanding energy efficiency with low-carbon performance.

After an extensive selection process, Vinda partnered with ZOZEN Boiler, a pioneer in biomass energy solutions. Leveraging deep technical expertise, ZOZEN customized a 15-ton DZL series biomass steam boiler system, utilizing molded biomass fuels to significantly reduce carbon emissions while maximizing energy utilization — perfectly aligning with Vinda’s green strategy.

This tailored system has not only enhanced operational reliability but also helped Vinda greatly lower energy consumption and maintenance costs.
