15 Ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Introduction
Yili Group, China’s largest dairy company, has invested in a green production and smart manufacturing demonstration application project in Wuwei, Gansu Province. The 15 ton gas-fired steam boiler purchased for this project is mainly to meet the heat and heating demand for production in winter. ZOZEN Boiler recommends designing three 15 ton gas-fired steam boilers for the customer, two in use and one standby.
According to the project requirements, the boilers use natural gas as fuel, so ZOZEN Boiler recommends the WNS series steam boilers. WNS series gas-fired steam boilers have sufficient storage space and heating surface, large hearth volume, good steam quality, sufficient power output and low water content. At the same time, the boiler selects advanced low-NOx burner to ensure full combustion of natural gas and effectively reduce NOx emission. In addition, this series boiler adopts advanced condensing technology to recover the waste heat in flue gas, raise the inlet water temperature and lower the exhaust smoke temperature, so that the thermal efficiency can be increased to over 98%.

At present, the 15 ton gas-fired steam boiler is officially put into operation.During the operation, it was found that the steam boiler emissions were lower than the local emission standards, and the energy saving and emission reduction were effective and met the environmental protection requirements. During the installation process, ZOZEN boiler sales manager led the whole project team to keep fighting at the installation site, overcoming the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and advancing the work in an orderly manner.
