1 Million Kcal Gas/Oil Fired Thermal Oil Heater Introduction

The production process of shrink film has to go through blowing, drying, heat shrinkage and curing processes, among which the heat shrinkage temperature is demanding and thermal oil boiler can reach higher temperature than steam boiler. Therefore, ZOZEN Boiler recommends a set of YY(Q)W series gas/oil fired thermal oil heater with 1 million calorie capacity.
This series of YY(Q)W thermal oil boiler uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. Using the high-temperature characteristic of thermal oil, the gas/oil fired thermal oil heater can realize low-pressure and high-temperature heating. ZOZEN thermal oil boiler adopts unique process technology, which is highly efficient and energy-saving, with short oil boiling time; meanwhile, the tailor-made flue gas waste heat recovery system can maximize the use of heat energy. To perform degassing and dehydration operation, the thermal oil boiler should be operated twice when the boiler is started up cold and when the medium temperature of the expansion tank reaches 110-120 degrees Celsius to ensure good operation and achieve the expected purpose.
ZOZEN YY(Q)W series thermal oil heater adopts three-stage circular coil structure. Coil end with a bundle of mouth, effective protection of the furnace end of the whole furnace, equipped with advanced combustion device. The inner coil has a larger flow rate and operates more stably at high temperatures.
Moreover, the inner side is made of good insulation material and the outer side is made of stainless steel plate, which greatly reduces the heat loss. Multi-layer solid pipe bundle and steel rods are sealed and fixed, completely eliminating short circuit of flue gas. Residual water is thoroughly removed before leaving the factory, and the system drainage cycle is shortened from 12 days to 2 days, effectively shortening the installation and commissioning time.
