The gas fired thermal oil boiler belongs to special equipment. The commissioning of the new heater is very significant in order to ensure stable operation in a long term, and it is also highly dangerous, which requires high technical experience for the commissioning person. After-sales engineer in ZOZEN Boiler has already worked in after-sales career for decades with abundant experience and super technology. They offered outstanding service this time when serving to the Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. on thermal oil boiler project.
The Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., located in Xilaifeng Project Area Hainan Industrial Park, Inner Mongolia, is a chemical enterprise focused on producing phenol and related products. The boiler is a piece of important thermal energy equipment on the production line. They eventually selected ZOZEN YQL series gas fired thermal oil boiler after nationwide comparisons and inspections.
The thermal oil heater is a boiler that transfers heat through an organic heating carrier as a heating medium. Different from the gas-fired boiler commissioning, in addition to the the normal system inspection and load commissioning, the thermal oil heater also need to dehydrate water and exhaust steam, therefore, the difficulty and danger are both dramatically increased.
The main work of the thermal oil heater commissioning is to heat up, and the heating up process follows the principle of “one slow and two stops”. As per the thermal oil heating up curve, “one stop” needs to be done when the oil temperature reaches about 100℃ and maintaining the temperature range from 95℃ to 100℃. The specific temperature control is both decided by the experience of the after-sales engineer and on-site situation. The water contained in the heater system is vaporized at 100℃ at this stage, and discharged through the high level tank vent pipe and the auxiliary exhaust pipe, so as to achieve the purpose of dehydration and steam exhaust. The end time of this process is mainly decided by observing the jitter of the pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge shakes intensely, then continue on operating the heat preservation to keep up the work of dehydration and steam exhaust.
After the dehydration and steam exhaust of the boiler, the temperature is gradually increased to about 210-230 ℃, that reaches the step of the “second stop”, which is the oil boiling stage of the thermal oil heater. The purpose is to avoid potential safety hazards by removing impurities in the thermal oil. It should be noted that if there still has either water or steam in the boiler system at this stage, it might cause oil injection in the high-level expansion tank, and even worse it may cause deflagration in some serious cases. So, the word “slow” entirely runs through the heating process. The oil temperature needs to be immediately reduced to safety range once the operation is incorrect. The step is repeated until the temperature finally reaches the working degree. Therefore, the commissioning of the entire thermal oil heater takes at least half a month.
The service commitment is more than a slogan, an idea or an advertisement. Highly obeying Four-Full service standards, ZOZEN Boiler will continue to actively cooperate with users under a careful attitude to complete the commissioning of thermal oil heater to ensure the project could be enforced orderly.
